On the HP ZBook Ultra G3a, PipeWire offered only a Dummy Output. A profile merged into quattro defines the TAS2783 speaker and sets the four amps to 21 dB, and on that laptop PipeWire exposes the speakers, the headphones, and the microphones.
Fingerprint enrollment on the HP ZBook Ultra G3a never asked for a touch, because a phantom USB port stalled the hub. A rule merged into quattro disables that port only when its connect_type is not used, and on a 16-inch enrollment and verification complete.
A Pro Display XDR on Apple Silicon showed every color oversaturated. A change merged into quattro maps sRGB into a wide-gamut display's gamut, and on an M2 Pro the colors match that display on a PC. The built-in panel stays on sRGB.
On a Snapdragon laptop the camera is missing from PipeWire after every boot, until WirePlumber restarts. A drop-in merged into quattro waits at most five seconds, and on a Yoga Slim 7x the camera is in PipeWire right after login with the drop-in.
A MacBook Air M1 (J313) from 2020 sends no keyboard-backlight keys. ludagoo's change merged into quattro, and the same bindings into v4-5-0, bind Ctrl and the display brightness keys to the keyboard backlight, and this pass has not booted it as a new kernel.
The 2017 27-inch iMac Retina 5K, which has no T2 chip, is on the Mac support page after a change merged into quattro. The display does not run at 5120×2880, sound is not functioning, brightness has no effect, and sleep hangs until a power cycle.
On an ASUS Zenbook A16, Update > Hardware > Trackpad did nothing when a button got stuck down. A change merged into quattro turns the touchpad off and on in Hyprland, and a change merged into quattro resets only the touchpad on an XPS 16.
On a DGX Spark, David Heinemeier Hansson reported that the desktop felt like ~20 fps and that Speedometer 3.1 scored 10. A change merged into quattro disables every idle state past state0 on GB10.
On the XPS 16, the battery line and power panel showed no drain rate, because the script threw away the rate UPower had calculated. A change merged into quattro keeps UPower's energy-rate when that read does not return a number.
On a Core 5 320, streaming 4K YouTube to a 6K display left Chromium's renderer at ~91% of a core while the GPU's video engine stayed idle. A change merged into quattro matches the generic Intel Graphics name.
A Fairphone Gen. 6+ is running Sebastian Stange's Omarchy aarch64 kernel, mainline Linux 7.3 with 77 device patches, on phonechy_org. He says it is not an official Omarchy project.
Joshua Warren open-sourced Apple GPU support via Vulkan in TensorFold, which he called an immediate speed boost to local AI in Omarchy on Apple hardware, and eGPU hotplug on Apple Silicon running Omarchy.
A change merged into quattro makes the Zenbook A16's speakers and microphones work, with ASUS's Windows voicing, by installing asus-zenbook-a16-audio on a Qualcomm machine whose DMI product name contains UX3607OA.
A change merged into quattro records the keyboard backlight only when nothing is already saved, and restore consumes that record, so a second blank before wake does not save 0 over the first.
A board setup for the Surface Pro 11 OLED, microsoft,denali-oled, merged into quattro leaves the kernel alone, because the installer already puts linux-omarchy on every aarch64 machine.
A change merged into quattro early-loads the I2C keyboard module on a Snapdragon machine, which an encrypted install's disk prompt needs for the internal keyboard.
A change merged into quattro clears leftover SoundWire routes on N1x laptops that ran Omarchy's own audio profiles, then restarts WirePlumber so the card is probed again.
A change merged into quattro accepts the Lenovo Pro 9 GPU memory layout, keeps the firmware's marker, and sets the reservation to 4 GiB so system setup can continue.
Sebastian Stange said his unofficial Omarchy mobile port has a new touch interface, day and night themes, and offline Whisper dictation, in this post. He called it an early prototype.
Sebastian Stange said he is bringing real Omarchy to a phone: native boot, Arch, Hyprland, and the actual Omarchy shell already work. Adapting the Omarchy kernel and polishing the mobile boot experience come next, and a later post says he put Omarchy on a phone.
Joshua Warren said an Intel B60 and an NVIDIA 5060 on his MacBook Pro running Linux split Llama 3.3 70B across the two cards. He linked the omarchy-egpu repository for the setup.

Joshua Warren said the Linux kernel boots on the M6 Mac mini, and that HDMI works, on day 4.
· In brief
Christoffer Hallas said “82 reports in less than two days,” in a post.
Joshua Warren said the display coprocessor on his M6 Mac mini opens its DisplayPort services and powers the PHY without crashing. He said HDMI still reports “no sink”, so the monitor is not detected yet.
· In brief
Christoffer Hallas said the Dell XPS 14 DA14260 is the first double entry on omahcl.com, in this post.
Naeem Malik said the M3 Max GPU is on, with all 40 cores working on the aurora kernel he called ours.
Pull request 15895, merged into quattro, installs pipewire-libcamera for the Qualcomm family and turns on Chromium's WebRtcPipeWireCamera flag. The pull request says a Yoga Slim 7x with the kernel in omarchy-pkgs pull request 1277 shows its built-in camera in Chromium with this feature on.
· In brief
Randy said Omarchy is running on his Apple Silicon M3 Pro, and that GPU acceleration, display brightness control, and external monitor support are still to be tackled.
Joshua Warren said the Mac mini M6 neural engine, H18G, is a new target for Omarchy: two 16-core engines whose firmware iBoot loads before macOS starts, in this post. He said he compiled the first H18G program on it, and that Omarchy bring-up starts now.
· In brief
Christoffer Hallas said people can contribute to the Omarchy hardware compatibility list and share a setup, and that this can help others confirm whether an old or new machine runs Omarchy, in this post.
Pull request 15697, merged into quattro, moves video decoding in mpv and Chromium on Snapdragon laptops from software to the video chip. The merge is not in version 4.0.4.
Christoffer Hallas said he is launching an Omarchy hardware compatibility list that will allow others worried about wiping their machines and spinning up the ISO to search for their hardware first, in this post.
Pull request 15331, merged into quattro, carries desktop camera access for Snapdragon ThinkPad T14s model prefixes 21N1 and 21N2. Bob Prendergast wrote that no clean stock installation was tested. The merge is not in version 4.0.4.
Pull request 15574, merged into quattro, carries an HP profile that routes the EliteBook Ultra G1q internal microphone through the capture path the Lenovo profile missed. Bob Prendergast wrote that a stock quattro hardware check is still outstanding. The merge is not in version 4.0.4.
Pull request 15557, merged into quattro, lists the ASUS ProArt P14 amplifier firmware on the optional package list that an install image mirrors. It says an install from that image stops when the package is not named. The merge is not in version 4.0.4.
