Snapdragon X support returns to the n1x branch after a rebuild dropped it
Pull request 14834 merges Snapdragon X and Yoga Slim 7x support back onto the n1x branch. birkskyum wrote that a rebuild of that branch had dropped the earlier merge. The merge is not in version 4.0.4.
birkskyum wrote that pull request 14759 merged on 9 October, and that the support left n1x when that branch was rebuilt on quattro the same night. This pull request puts that support back and moves it onto the platform names n1x uses now. The Yoga Slim 7x is matched by its model code 83ED, the same way other single models are matched, instead of by its device tree, a hardware description.
The Qualcomm package list gains qcom-firmware-extract, systemd-ukify, and vulkan-freedreno, and those leave the general list, so only Snapdragon images carry them. The Yoga's starter keeps looking for the compute processor after the audio processor is up. The audio processor still decides whether startup succeeded.
birkskyum wrote that on a Yoga Slim 7x the platform command prints aarch64-qualcomm, and that the setup scripts asked for packages the laptop already had. birkskyum wrote that an image from this branch installed unattended in an ARM virtual machine, and that the machine is not a Snapdragon, so those scripts did not run there. birkskyum opened and merged the change.
