NVIDIA hardware setup on the n1x branch requests 32-bit packages only on x86_64
Pull request 10752 merges an NVIDIA hardware setup that requests 32-bit packages only on x86_64, on the n1x branch. Jim Martin wrote that lib32-nvidia-utils had stopped installation on 64-bit ARM. The merge is not in version 4.0.4.
The script is the hardware setup for an NVIDIA graphics processor. Martin wrote that on the n1x branch an ARM machine with that processor, such as the DGX Spark, still asked for lib32-nvidia-utils. He wrote that no 64-bit ARM repository has that package, so the setup and the installation stopped. The N1x board keeps its own driver setup.
The merged script requests those 32-bit packages only on x86_64, where multilib, the 32-bit library repository, exists. Martin wrote that the new test covers ARM and x86 package lists for both driver families, and that the package installs in that test were simulated. birkskyum merged the pull request.
