Two more Mac models report a working Neural Engine
Joshua Warren, of the Omarchy M team, said the Neural Engine came up bit-exact on an M1 Pro and an M2 Pro under Omarchy, in this note.
Warren said the X user SiliconForested ran the first M1 Pro test and the X user ncfrontiersman the first M2 Pro.
He also said a 27B model on his M2 Max now starts answering 25 percent sooner under Linux.
Warren said he has M1 Ultra data and is using it to write that driver, in a reply.
He said an M3 test driver could be ready in a day or two, and that he is being cautious because he does not have an M3, in another reply.
