X2 boot image names the drivers missing when the screen is black before LUKS
Without pinctrl-glymur and qnoc-glymur in the boot image, an installed X2 laptop stops at a black screen before the LUKS prompt. A change merged into quattro names the two beside the X1 drivers.
An installed X2 laptop stops at a black screen before the LUKS prompt when pinctrl-glymur and qnoc-glymur stay out of the boot image. A change merged into quattro names those drivers next to the X1 ones in qualcomm-platform.conf.
Jim Martin tested a Surface Laptop 8 installed from the quattro ISO. Without the two drivers the boot image stayed black. Rebuilt with them, the machine reaches the LUKS prompt and the desktop.
That laptop also carries its own board modules, for the panel, the GPU clock, and the keyboard, from a setup script not yet submitted. Other X2 laptops are untested.
Version 4.0.6 is the latest release.
