Selected Superwhisper setup runs in the background when it has not run
A migration merged into quattro runs Superwhisper's background setup when that backend is selected and its setup has not run. Dictation, its settings, and the bar panel do not work on installs whose first run finished before Superwhisper's setup.
Those installs still have Superwhisper selected as the dictation backend. David Heinemeier Hansson merged a migration into quattro that installs the package when it is missing, runs the user setup, and corrects the shortcuts, with no settings window and no notification. Installs with another backend, or a finished setup, are skipped.
