First run sets up Superwhisper when it is the default
A fresh install did not run Superwhisper's setup for the service, shortcuts and bar panel. A change merged into quattro runs that setup on first run, after the shell is up, when the package is installed and Superwhisper is the default.
Superwhisper ships as the default dictation backend, but a fresh install did not run its per-user setup. The service, shortcuts and bar panel were configured only by picking it again from Setup > Defaults > Dictation. A change merged into quattro runs that setup on first run, after the shell is up, when the package is installed and Superwhisper is the default.
The background run does the setup without opening Superwhisper's settings or sending the ready toast. Choosing it from the menu still does both. A machine without the package is left alone, since first run can't ask for sudo.
