A single monitor hides the layout map
With a single monitor, the display panel showed a layout map with nothing to arrange. A change merged into quattro shows that section only when there are displays to arrange or Mirror or Extend is offered. The r key still opens the rotate menu.

A change merged into quattro shows that section only when there are displays to arrange or Mirror or Extend is offered. The r key still opens the rotate menu for a lone display, near the top of the panel.
