A new install starts ASUS and Apple keyboards on the media keys
A new install starts ASUS and Apple keyboards on the media keys, so the top row sends volume and brightness and Fn gives F1-F12. A change merged into quattro leaves Apple Silicon out. An existing install keeps what it has, except the Zenbook A16.
Keyboards that leave Fn-lock to Linux start on the media keys, so the top row sends volume and brightness, and Fn gives F1-F12. A change merged into quattro does that for ASUS laptops and keyboards and for Apple or Apple-style keyboards such as the Lofree Flow84. Apple Silicon is left out, because omarchy-mac owns its keyboard.
An existing install keeps what it has, except the ASUS Zenbook A16, which had been reset to F1-F12 at every boot and gets a migration. `omarchy keyboard toprow` can set mediakeys or fnkeys by hand. It is not in the menu.
