A change merged into quattro uses the theme accent color at 20% opacity for the VS Code list hover, which used the same color as the list background, so the hovered item could not be seen.
The VS Code list hover background uses the same color as the list background, so the hover state is invisible and it is impossible to see which list item is being hovered.
