Release candidate 4.5.0-rc2 introduces an F1 installer
The notes for version 4.5.0-rc2 say this candidate is not a final release, and they describe an F1 installer that unpacks a prebuilt root instead of installing about 940 packages one by one. The picture is from the Omarchy post.

The notes say to expect bugs, rough edges, and the occasional thing that breaks outright. They say to run it on a test machine, or to have a working backup, before upgrading a machine you depend on. They say to try it on an existing machine with Update > Channel > RC, then Update > Omarchy.
The F1 installer unpacks a prebuilt root image and puts this machine's packages on top. The notes say that results in faster install times, and that Omarchy 4.5 installs in about half the time.
The notes say to install on new machines with the ISO. They list x86_64 and aarch64, and they ask for reports of anything that breaks.
