The panel had given a section to any agent with local history. An agent someone had tried only once and never signed in, such as Muse, got an empty section with a red error. A lapsed token, such as Grok, replaced its limits with "Usage unavailable".

Local history alone still feeds the hero's summary line. When limits cannot be refreshed, the last known meters stay on show, and a mark beside the agent or account name explains why on hover. Claude, Codex, and Grok keep a "Sign-in required" link.

The pull request says that in the running shell, Muse's section is gone, and Grok and the paused Claude accounts show the mark.
