Titlebar plugin stays loaded for the session after a workspace floats, as long as the package is still installed
Once a workspace floats, a change merged into quattro keeps the titlebar plugin loaded for the rest of the session, as long as the package is still installed.
Once the titlebar plugin is loaded, a change merged into quattro keeps asking for it on every config load for the rest of the session, as long as the package is still installed. The first floating workspace of a session still pays the one-time load. Cycling a workspace through its layouts with Super + L had stalled the compositor every time it entered or left floating. The pull request says each trip in fired four config reloads and each trip out fired three, as #16146 measured.
In Hyprland 0.56, a config load that stops asking for the plugin unloads it, and loading or unloading the plugin sets off a run of reloads. The plugin draws nothing until a floating workspace turns its options on, so tiled workspaces stay bare. A session that never floats a workspace never loads the plugin.
