OT3, from Andrés Villagrán, talks to coding agents by dictation. In his account, Ctrl+Space dictates in any language, with whisper.cpp on the CPU, in ~1 s, and nothing leaves the machine. He says it works with Chilean Spanish, and that one Obsidian memory is for every agent. He linked the omarchy-t3-code repository.
Andrés Villagrán said in a reply that nothing goes to the agent on its own: dictation drops the text into the draft at the cursor and stops there, and the person reads it, makes the fix they want, and sends it.
