First run shows Setup Git unless name and email are already set
On the first run, a change merged into quattro asks for a git name and email unless both are already set. It also asks for a GitHub sign-in unless one is already working or gh is not installed. Installs carry no git identity.
The notification is Setup Git, Identification for code commits. Clicking it opens omarchy-setup-git in the same floating presentation terminal as Update System. The command asks for a name and an email, prefilled from git config, and sets user.name and user.email, and the notification is skipped when both values are already set. It also asks to sign in to GitHub unless gh holds a working sign-in or is not installed.
The installer and the factory-reset first-boot form asked for a full name and email before the machine was set up, and git was the only thing that used them. Installs carry no git identity, and omarchy-provision-owner stops asking for one. Setup, then Config, then Git in the menu runs the command again later. A name and an email given to the command set those values without asking, and skip the GitHub question, which is how an unattended machine gets its identity after install.
Version 4.0.6 is the latest release.
