Notification panel is removed
Pull request 16430, merged into quattro, removes the notification panel and every notification setting, and leaves their current defaults hardcoded. Pull request 16429 takes out snooze and the screen-sharing offer. The bar bell is a plain Do Not Disturb toggle.
Notifications land on the focused display and stay until the deck empties. They step aside for a fullscreen window, keep a day of history capped at 100, and let verification codes through Do Not Disturb. Silenced notifications stay in that history, and Super+Shift+Alt+, puts them back on screen.
Cards have no snooze row. Right-click dismisses again, and the offer to snooze while the screen is shared is gone. quiet.json keeps only Do Not Disturb, and an older snooze record is ignored.
