Dragging a bar widget well clear, with no insertion edge in reach, removes it
Pull request 6782, merged into quattro, removes a bar widget when a drag pulls it well clear of the bar with no insertion edge in reach. Reordering by drag is unchanged.
The drag arms for removal when there is no drop target and the pointer has pulled more than 48 past the bar strip, the same pull at a corner as at an edge. The ghost shrinks and dims, and it snaps back if the pointer returns within range. On release the widget vanishes in a puff of smoke at the drop point. Reduced motion skips that puff.
The removal drops that one entry from its region in shell.json. A clone dragged off vanishes rather than coming back as the widget it shadows. The bar surface spans its whole screen at all times. A live drag toggles only the input region to full, so the pointer has no reason to be handed to another surface. The pull request records that removal was checked with injected pointer drags on an empty workspace and on one with windows.
