Keybinding scan ends a loop over monitors
Pull request 7564 and pull request 16276, merged into quattro, end a loop over monitors in the keybinding menu's Lua scan. Indexes 1 and 0 answer with the stub, and every other number with nil.
Tobi Lütke wrote that one lua process had run for 27 hours after a single Super+K, at 60% of a core. The scan is wrapped in a timeout of 10 seconds, so a config the stub still cannot handle does not outlive the menu.
On his own config, Lütke wrote that the scan completes and lists the Lua binds the old scan lost after qconsole.lua. A walk by index from 0 or 1 ends after a step or two, and ipairs, a loop over the listed items, still sees the collection as empty.
