Weather lookup starts at geo.omarchy.org
Pull request 16240, merged into quattro, asks geo.omarchy.org for a place when no weather location is stored, and the setup form takes its timezone guess from that answer. A stored location still wins, and a timezone preset by the install media still wins.
With no location stored, the weather panel had asked wttr.in twice and the weather location command a third time, and the installer's timezone guess queried seven geo-IP services at once. The panel asks geo.omarchy.org first and passes those coordinates on to Open-Meteo and wttr.in. If that host cannot be reached, the panel falls back to wttr.in's own lookup.
