China replicas come first on installs in China
Pull request 16256, merged into quattro, puts Omarchy's China replicas first on installs in China and keeps the .org servers as the fallback. An install without a region marker is unchanged, and ARM platforms keep their own templates until a profile carries ARM mirrors.
From 20 Globalping probes in mainland China, the pull request says pkgs.omarchy.org answered in 909 ms median and 1,440 ms at the worst, and pkgs.omarchy.cn in 364 ms and 1,181 ms. Both names serve the same signed packages, so no repository or key is added.

The file /etc/omarchy/region holds cn, or is absent for the rest of the world. Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan belong to no region. With the marker, the China replica leads the Arch mirror list, and the Omarchy repository uses pkgs.omarchy.cn for the channel.
