Non-Latin layouts keep a single us entry
Pull request 14076, merged into quattro, moves an existing us entry and its positional variant instead of adding a duplicate when the first console layout cannot type Latin letters. manuaudio wrote that XKBLAYOUT=ru,us became us,ru,us, so grp:alts_toggle appeared to do nothing on every other press.
manuaudio wrote that when the first console layout cannot type Latin letters, the session config puts us first so Omarchy's Latin-keysym bindings resolve. He wrote that it did that by prepending us even when us was already present, and that variants could also become detached from their layouts.
He wrote that an existing us entry and its positional variant are moved instead of duplicated, and that layouts without us keep the old prepend. He wrote that the same change is in the SDDM config, so the session and the greeter stay in sync.
manuaudio wrote that he did not run a live SDDM login cycle, and that the greeter path is covered by the resolver test.
