Version 4.0.6 is a patch for a few small hiccups in version 4.0.5
Omarchy version 4.0.6 is out. The release notes call it a patch that resolves a few small hiccups specific users encountered with version 4.0.5. Existing machines upgrade with Update > Omarchy.
The notes say the release fixes updates that stopped at the OpenClaw migration from 4.0.5. They also say it fixes the OpenClaw move that stopped updates when someone has their own OpenClaw, the screen sometimes not locking before suspend, a boot passphrase prompt that used a non-Latin keyboard layout, updates that stopped at the console migration when the Limine config replaces the kernel command line, and TUXEDO laptop drivers failing to build on the Omarchy kernel.
If ~/.local/bin/openclaw is your own npm install, the notes say the update leaves it alone and does not move Omarchy's OpenClaw, and that after a reboot the OpenClaw gateway fails to start. The notes give a command that moves that file aside, resets the failed gateway, installs Omarchy's OpenClaw command, and starts the gateway.
New machines install from the ISO linked on the release page. That page also publishes a SHA256 for the file.
