Update migration stops launching T3 Code
Pull request 14178, merged into quattro, changes a T3 Code migration that was opening the app during an update. The pull request says the changed migration does not open T3 Code, and that the migration has not shipped in a tagged release.
The pull request says the migration only needs to apply the Omarchy theme, but it called the full installer. It says that installer ends by launching T3 Code and printing its install message, even when nothing changed.
