Try Omarchy version 1.0 uses the Mac image
Eduardo Martinez said Try Omarchy version 1.0 is available, and that it uses the new Omarchy Mac image and the official ARM package mirror. He said Omarchy can be updated inside the virtual machine.
Martinez wrote that installing packages is now very smooth because the virtual machine uses the official ARM package mirror. He wrote that upgrading to a newer Try Omarchy does not require migrations or virtual-machine resets.
He wrote that the complete Omarchy image makes things that were missing available, including Omawrite. He wrote that instructions for migrating virtual-machine disks from earlier versions are on the release page.
He wrote that the Mac image will soon be released officially for native installs. He also wrote that other improvements, to make Try Omarchy as usable day to day as a native installation, will come over the coming days.
