A language change reaches new apps in quattro
Pull request 15791, merged into quattro, sets a newly chosen language in Hyprland and restarts the shell. Apps opened from a keybinding or the launcher were staying in the old language until the next login.
omarchy-language already updated the uwsm environment file and the systemd user environment. Apps started with uwsm-app keep the environment of whatever launched them, so Hyprland and the shell were still holding the language from login.
Once the choice is saved, the command writes LANG for the next login, sets it in Hyprland and in the systemd and D-Bus activation environments, and restarts the shell only if Hyprland accepts the value. Those live steps run only inside a Hyprland session. User LC_* and LANGUAGE overrides still take precedence.
