A Codex spend cap gets a row in the quattro agents panel
Pull request 15722, merged into quattro, shows a Codex spend cap when the account has no primary or secondary rate window. Stegi56 wrote that this was observed on a Business account, where the agents panel had no limits row.
The pull request says the collector was ignoring that snapshot. It reads the snapshot when present and appends a Spend limit row after any existing rate windows. Usage is calculated from used divided by limit, and the server's reset time is kept for the countdown.
The snapshot has no recurrence field, so the label does not assume a monthly or weekly cap. Stegi56 wrote that the row was checked in the running agents panel with the signed-in Business account, and that the temporary usage record was restored afterward.
