Kimi joins the coding-agent choices
Pull request 7261, merged into quattro, puts Kimi under Setup, then Defaults, then Agent, and accepts kimi or kimi-code as the default coding agent. Pull request 7274 shows session, weekly, and monthly quotas. The merges are not in version 4.0.4.
The agent is the npm package @moonshot-ai/kimi-code, installed through mise. Interactive launches use kimi with --yolo. An initial prompt uses --prompt, separate from --yolo. sorenmat opened pull request 7261, and David Heinemeier Hansson merged it.
The agents panel shows the current command-line session, weekly, and monthly quotas, including a code-specific monthly allowance. Authentication uses KIMI_API_KEY or the saved sign-in. sorenmat said credentials go only to trusted Kimi HTTPS hosts, and that the record is account limits without local token or prompt statistics. sorenmat opened pull request 7274, and David Heinemeier Hansson merged it.
