Omarchy merges a limit so a stalled copy does not stop clipboard history
Clipboard history could stop when one copy never finished sending. Pull request 9488 limits each read to 2 seconds, and it merged into quattro.
The watcher waits for each capture to finish before it takes the next copy. If the program that owns the clipboard stalls and leaves the data open, that wait does not end, and later copies never reach the history. The pull request says this matches issue 9443.
The merged change stops each type lookup and each read after 2 seconds. A copy cut off at that limit is dropped, and its temporary file is removed, so a partial paste is not kept. The clipboard itself is unchanged.
A transfer that takes longer than 2 seconds is left out of the history. The GitHub user maxcroy1 opened pull request 9488. David Heinemeier Hansson merged it.
