The Wi-Fi icon stays steady on OWE transition networks
On an OWE transition-mode network, Omarchy's Wi-Fi icon flipped between disconnected and signal bars on every scan, though the link never dropped. Pull request 14133 merged into quattro.
Between scans, NetworkManager reports the access point under a hidden name that starts with _owetm_. The visible network then drops out of the list the bar builds, so the icon falls to disconnected until the next scan.
The panel now keeps the Wi-Fi icon when the device itself is connected, even if no listed network is. When the connected network has no strength of its own, it reads the in-use access point, and only in that state.
