The audio panel no longer crashes the shell when a device drops
Unplugging a USB audio device, or restarting PipeWire, could crash the Omarchy shell while the audio panel was open. Pull request 7783 stops that.
The panel gave its lists live PipeWire node objects. Quickshell deletes a node the moment PipeWire drops it, and Qt then uses that row. The same crash showed up for a Bluetooth profile switch, a WirePlumber restart, and a laptop suspend.
The pull request says five people reported it, at the same crash site, and that the Qt line is unchanged in 6.11.2. The shell stops putting those objects in the rows.
Rows now carry the node's id and name, and each row looks up its own node, so labels and volumes stay live. PipeWire reuses ids, and the name is what keeps a row on its node.
On a disposable version 4.0.0 virtual machine, tearing the graph down with the panel open crashed the shell 10 times out of 10 before the change, and not once in 10 runs after. The GitHub account omarchybot opened and merged pull request 7783.
