OpenClaw installs as a self-updating copy under the home directory
An OpenClaw install from Omarchy now updates itself from a copy under the home directory. Pull request 13296 merged into quattro.
The packaged copy lived in /usr/lib/node_modules/openclaw, owned by root and by pacman. Upstream's updater refuses that install.
"Setup > Default Agent" and "Install > AI" both led to that copy. The new copy is under ~/.openclaw.
Spencer Bull opened and merged the change.
